Hercules G. Picerne was born in January 1910 and died in October 1985. He lived the first half his life in Rhode Island and lived in Walla Walla, WA from approximately 1960 to 1985. He was married in 1966.
Hercules was involved with W. H. Foster Inc as well as Hercaimy Coin/Enterprises until their bankruptcy in 1970. I'm not sure he continued working with Bob Naimy after the bankruptcy. He travelled extensively for the companies along with Bob buying coins and precious metals across the country.
