Company Information: Records indicate that Arthur Szabo has been in the precious metals refining and dental businesses as early as 1916. Here's an advertisement from The Stomatologist from March, 1916 published by the New York College of Dentistry:

Here's a note from R.L. Polk & Co.'s Copartnership and Corporations Directory of New York from Januaray 1919 mentioning Arthur Szabo & Adolf H. Beer of the Szabo Beer refinery.

Another listing from the The Journal of the National Dental Association published by the National Dental Association in 1922.

It's not known when Szabo Beer ceased to exist but from the records, it seems like Arthur Szabo continued in the dental business specifically dealing with metal alloys adapted for use in the manufacture of dental castings. Here's one of Arthur Szabo's patents from December 5th, 1939.

Although the exact year of establishment is not known, A. Szabo Company was formed in New York whose main business is casting gold for partial dentures. Following are a couple of listings from the Index of Trademarks Issued from the United States Patent Office published in 1946 by U.S. Government Printing Office.

One of the products of Arthur Szabo Company, Veribest, was being used since June 15, 1945 filed for a trademark in September 5, 1945. Here's a listing (bottom left) from the Official Gazette of the United States Patent Office from March 1947 showing Veribest.

Here's another listing from the Oral Hygiene published by Robert C. Ketterer in 1960 about Veribest.

In later years, A. Szabo Company was incorporated as A. Szabo Company, Inc.. Although the exact year of incorporation is unknown, there are records of this name in the Specifications for Dental Materials in 1960 and The Journal of the American Dental Association in 1962 published by the American Dental Association. So this company was incorporated at least by 1960.

A. Szabo Company, Inc., was also mentioned in the 1962, 1966, and 1967 Dental Industry News Volumes 45, 49, and 50 respectively that are published by Modern Medicine Publications.

This company was operational at least till 1975 as they applied for another patent in 1975 titled DENT-O-BOND that's related to the use of Cobalt Chrome alloy in dental products.
