W. H. Foster Inc. was around from at least March 1963 and appears to have been run by Bob Naimy and Herc Picerne until 1970 when Hercaimy Enterprises went bankrupt. The company seems to be associated with Northwest Medals after that point. Unlike Hercaimy Enterprises, they did not travel the county buying up coins and bullion.
