International Silver Mint Corporation ran several advertisements in 1972. From the Daily Herald, Provo, Utah from January 23, 1972:

They also sponsored various presentations and sales events hosted by Robert Preston, a doom and gloom author. This example is from the Odgen Standard-Examiner on March 19, 1972:

Various similar advertisements ran in 1972 in Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Oregon and Wyoming papers.

They eventually got into trouble for their sales tactics. This is from the Reno Gazette-Journal on June 28, 1972:

“the firm is engaged in the sale of silver ingots and medallions processed at Colton, CA”
